INbuilt Project

Artists Jeanette Deen, Emma Little and Tessa J. Stevens met at Birmingham School of Art whilst on an MA.
All artists reside and work in the West Midlands.
This is the first time they are acting collaboratively on a project. They hope to bring their individual skills in sculpture, painting, film and drawing together, to create a dynamic experience for visitors to the shop space.

Jeanette Deen grew up in Birmingham, her video work documents other people's lives and experiences.

Emma Little's practice revolves around architecture, and her personal experiences of growing up in social housing in Bath. She works prominently within sculpture, but also makes film and drawings.

Tessa J. Stevens is originally from Derbyshire, her drawing based practise focuses on real and imagined places.
